    day 6: it' s now kind of visible
    day 7: it' s more visible
    1st week done!

    day 9: it' s getting more and more visible
    day 10: same as day 9
    day 11-12: a really big difference comparing from the other days
    day 13: my chubby cheeks and double chin arent visible anymore
    day 14: so much difference!
    2nd week done and it' s so amazing

It doesn' t work for everyone but even if it doesn' t work, it will still make your face glow. i have done several of face exercises, and it works for me, not that much changes, but these exercise made my skin glow a lil bit.
    on the other hand, my sister also done these and she had greate changes

    day 1: i feel a light burn day 2: the burn is a bit more today! I checked after a while and my jawline was way better and tighter!
    day 3: i pushed myself more today and like, the side of my jaw feels way tighter and kinda hurts. I feel improvements though
    day 4: it doesn' t burn much anymore, you get used to it! Feels good though

    day 2: same as day one

    day 5: my cheekbones are more define

    day 7: my face is much more visible v shaped i also only did it once today

    day 7 - done ( my double chin is disappeared but my face is still oval shaped)
    day 8 - had korean lessons
    day 9 - done
    day 10 - done ( my skin is tight and face started glowing!
    day 11 - done ( my face shape is better than before but not fully v shaped)
    day 12 - done
    day 13 - had korean lessons
    day 14 - done ( little bit cheeck bones appeared!
    day 15 - done
    day 16 - done (face shape is more defined )
    day 17 - had korean lessons
    day 18 - done
    day 19 - done
    now i think i have the face i wanted i don' t wanna look like so i quit now and this exercise really works

    my jawline is actually pretty sharp it' s just that i have chubby cheeks and i believe i will look better day 1: there were obviously no changes, but the exercise felt great.
    day 2: when i finished my cheeks were slightly burning so i guess that means it' s working.
    day 3: my cheeks were burning again at the end so i hope i can see results by 2 weeks!
    day 4: i' m starting to see a difference in my face but it' s very slight.
    day 5: my face is definitely longer and slimmer!
    day 6: guys. Don' t sleep on your sides. Cause i did and my other cheek was a different size than my other not by a lot. But during the day it goes back to normal size lol
    day 7: a week completed! Today i woke up and my face was slimmer than usual!
    day 8: this day was burning a lot more, maybe because my face is getting noticeably slimmer.
    day 9: by the way i' m going to be updating until i' m happy with my results, but even after that i will be doing it every 3 days. Not everyday like how i' m doing
    day 10: i was busy
    day 11: can' t believe it' s almost been two weeks of doing these workouts. They' re really effective omg
    day 12: did it twice to make up for day 10!
    day 13: today i woke up and my jaw chose vv its in such a good shape noww i love it!
    day 14: 2 weeks! Y' all i' m being so fr, my face is the shape of a v now, it used to be o and my cheeks are definitely slimmer!
    day 15: i got a different hairstyle yesterday and now my face shape is better and i' m really confident with it!
    day 16: this day wasn' t really burning that much, i think it' s because i' m used to the exercise.
    day 17: when i tell y' all my face is a v shape. I' m not even kidding
    day 18: i was watching comedy while doing the exercises and i could barely do the exercise properly cause i was laughing. But since i was smiling a lot. My cheeks were burning so ig that' s good?
    day 19: y' all should try watching movies while doing the exercises, they' ll make it go by faster
    day 20: i' m definitely seeing a difference in my face. It' s slimmer!
    day 21: 3 weeks! Omg i can' t believe i' ve been going at this for so long!
    day 22: busy doing homework.
    day 23: did it twice to make up for day 22. And y' all. I swear i felt something come out of my right cheek. Like on the inside of my mouth. It happened bc both of my cheeks were burning so much
    day 24: didn' t feel like doing cause i had a bad day
    day 25: had an itchy throat and had to rest
    day 26: did it twice to make up for day 24! My cheeks were burning so much you guys. Also i didn' t do the exercise for two days and my cheeks are still slim!
    hey guys so i' ve decided i' m going to stop updating. I' ll still keep continuing the exercises. Just to let you guys know i will still be consistent and this did work! Keep going guys!

    da 4: noto que mi barbilla est un poco ms en forma de v pero an se notan mis cachetes
    da 5: pues veo que mis cachetes se notan un poco menos

    da 7: veo que mi barbilla est ms en forma de v que el da 1 y ya no tengo tan inflados los cachetes
    semana 1 terminada
    da 8: decid descansar porque me dolla cara despus de 1 semana haciendo esto
    da 9: un cambio leve del da 7
    da 10: se nota mucho que ahora tengo la cara en forma de v
    da 11: mis cachetes estn ms planitos y es algo que ha costado que cambie
    da 12: mi cara est algo menos cachetona
    da 13: mis cachetes no se notan para nada
    da 14: mis cachetes y barbilla en forma de u desaparecieron
    semana 2 terminada
    decid parar aqu porque mi cara ya obtuvo los resultados que esperaba pero la verdad si recomiendo estos ejercicios, son muy sencillos y si funcionan y aunque el cambio no se de tan rpido son muy efectivos y realmente ayudan a moldear tu cara, espero que est te motive a intentarlo

    day 1: it hurts a bit, but is something easy to hold on, obviously no difference.
    day 2: didn' t felt any pain, day 3: i' m doing this and the oppserve' s one and i saw some bit differences.
    day 4: i did not got do many visible differences but i' ll keep going.
