Fish is one of the most beneficial protein sources for our diet. It is filled with essential nutrients, like omega-3 fatty acids which can reduce inflammation and help protect our heart, and stave off chronic disease. Fish is a great source of low fat high quality protein to keep our body lean and our muscles strong.

METHOD:-
- Take fresh pieces of King Fish (700gms)
- Wash them with salt water.
- Put the washed fish in a bowl.
- Add 1tbsp fish masala, 1tbsp garam masala, 1tsp turmeric powder,1tsp vinegar, 1tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1tbsp kasuri methi/ mixed herbs, crushed Black pepper and salt to taste.
- Mix Well.
- In a hot pan on medium flame, add 2tbsp oil and put the fish pieces one by one into the pan.
- After 5mins, flip the pieces and check whether they are cooked from one side.
- Again after 5 mins, flip the pieces.
- Once the pieces turn golden brown and are cooked completely, they are ready to eat.
- Sprinkle some chaat masala, Serve hot with chutney and sliced onions.
