Also the tunesianis semolina bread also known as matlouh, same as the matlouh in algeria and batbout in morocco. Its one of my favo bread (not flatbread or pancake or similar to indian chapati, which is amazing too) this semolina is appreciated for its softness and perfect to fill with beefmeat with ras el hanout or together with tajine. ...Expand 20
