How to Burn Fat 70 Times Faster by Activating Fat Eating Cells to Lose Weight Efficiently

I  share with you the secret Bigan Yoga Technique that burns fat 70 times faster. That is the exercise that activates brown fat cells. Brown fat cells contain more fat-consuming mitochondria than normal fat cells. Brown fat cells are abundant especially in between the shoulder blades. If you can activate this cell, you can burn your fat 70 times as fast as the speed of usual strength training. However, these cells are rarely used in general exercise. Therefore, it is important to stimulate and awaken them! If these cells work in your daily life, your body will have a system to lose weight  automatically. Moreover, activating these cells promotes rejuvenation. It also contributes to make your skin brightened and beautiful.     @schoolingdiana90863 years ago Omg! I was skeptical but I did this right before bed—-actually as much as I could do while sitting on my bed (leaning to the side to do the full arm circles). I fell asleep in 20-25 minutes with no melatonin (we’re out) AND I have just woken up (literally! No coffee yet, even!) after THE best sleep of 11 hours *straight.* No waking up in the middle of the night, at all.
    This matters for weight loss because your body makes the most human growth hormone (needed for estrogen-testosterone balance and to fight making too much cortisol) when you’re asleep.
    My shoulders and upper back feel like a wet noodle. I had no idea I was full of tension there!

I had hit a plateau in Sept, so I tried it. Lost 3lbs that month, hit another recent plateau recently. Got back on track and I'm down 3 again! TY for this easy wonderful video!!! I’ve been doing this workout, the other swing your arms workout and sometimes the swing legs workout for the past 3-4 weeks and have gotten visible results! I do them everyday! My waist is narrower, so are hips and arms, back fat is almost gone and I am obese to start with 😔. I have also started eating a starch diet based on starch solution so am starting to see pounds drop too. Not strict diet but I’m trying. Keep going everyone ! We can do this God willing! ... 28
