INGREDIENTS: 4 Eggs (sepated) weighs 58- 62gr each with shell 90 gr white granulated sugar ¼ tsp cream of tartar or vinegar 85 gr Cakeflour 5 gr matcha green tea powder ½ tsp salt 30 gr fresh milk 30 gr vegetable oil BAKING TIME: 35-40 minutes @150°C BAKINGPAN SIZE: 6X3 *I added salt together with the dry but was not able to record.
