Cilantro and tomato chutney is common indian food condiment. Lacto fermented cilantro and burnt tomato chutney is a step above the traditional method. Fermentation gives the acidity, sharpness and life to the chutney/ salsa and the use of burnt tomatoes adds the depth and complexity in the flavour.
