This Spicy Red chutney will be definitely a feast to spicy lovers. During rainy days this spicy chutney with hot dosa or idly will take you to heaven. Ingredients ------------------- Dried red chillies - 10 to 15 no's Garlic Pods - 10 - 15 no's Onion Big - 1 Tamarind - as per your taste Curry Leaves Mustard Seeds Urad dal Asafoetida salt - as per your taste How to Make Spicy Red Chutney? First Soak red chillies & Tamarind in water for 10 to 15 minutes & make it as a paste in the mixy. Take a pan and heat some oil. Add mustard seeds & Urad Dal. After Mustard seed pops add finely chopped onion and curry leaves, 2 pinches of asafoetida and cook them for 5 mins and add the paste we have prepared earlier, add some water & cook it till the oil comes out. Spicy red chutney is ready.
