Cinnamon-Sugar Chips are a unique combination of Cinnnamon, Sugar and Fried Flour Tortillas that create a deliciouslly crunchy chip. You can enjoy them with ice cream or alone. These chips are easy to make and you will not be able to eat only one!!! Make a large batch today!!!
Here's how you make them:
1-1/2 tbs. Sugar
1/4 tsp. ground Cinnamon
3 Flour Tortillas
Vegetable Oil for frying
Cut flour tortillas into wedges. Mix sugar and cinnamon together and set aside. Place a frying pan on medium heat and add in 1/4 inch of oil. When oil is hot place in wedges into oil and fry until golden on both sides. Remove to a cookie sheet lines with paper towels (to drain out oil). When finished frying chips, sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture on both sides of chips, Serve. ENJOY!!!
