It was really hard thinking of a theme for this month. Nothing felt right with everything that's going on in the world. Lotus flowers felt perfect because they represent strength and overcoming difficult times, as they grow in darkness and come out into the light as beautiful flowers. Buddhists and Hindu's also believe that enlightenment can come after difficult times and lotus flowers symbolise this too.
