300 grams dried Meat
A bunch of Garlic leaves
½ red Onion
1 ½ inch Ginger
5 cloves Garlic
2 medium sized Tomatoes
1 tbsp Salt or to your taste
100 ml Oil
1/3 cup Chili Flakes
½ tsp Fenugreek seeds
½ tsp Turmeric powder
