Mutton Keema Recipe is a gravy curry recipe made with minced meat. It is usually called as mutton kheema or mutton keema. So watch & learn how to make this yummy mutton recipe only on Swaad Anusaar
Ingredients
- 2tbsp Oil
- 8-10 black pepper pods
- bay leaves
- 4 – 5 cloves
- Cinnamon
- 4-5 Cardamom
- half kg mutton
- half kg chopped onions
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- ginger garlic paste
- 4-5 tomatoes puree
- 2 green chillies
- Red chilli powder
- Turmeric
- Coriander powder
- cumin powder
- water
- green peas
- garam masala
- coriander leaves
Method
- In a pan heat some oil and add black pepper pods, bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, chopped onions, salt, ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree and green chillies
- Add red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder and add the minced meat and keep it stirring. Add some water and let it cook for 15 minutes
- In boiling water add green peas and salt and let it boil
- Add the boiled peas into the Keema and mix well now add garam masala & coriander leaves
- Mutton Keema is ready to be served!
