You predict the trend of market as bullish in call option Put option- Put option explained in this video are examples of equity market. You predict the trend of market as bearish in put option. Expiry- Expiry is the date at which the contract becomes null. In index option you have monthly and weekly expiry. In stock option you mostly have monthly expiry. Option Trading for Beginners The option strategies can be used in index option and as well as stock option. In Stock option for beginners we can take insurance for your holdings and index option for beginners can trade using option trading strategies.
