الطريقة الصحيحه لعمل الجبن الابيض بالمنزل (جبن عرب) احصلي على اطيب جبنه منزليه بثلاث مكونات فقط سريع التحضير
المكونات
2 لتر من الحليب
2 ملاعق طعام من الماء
حبة او قرص من المنفحه (خمرة الجبن)

Homemade Akawi cheese or farmer's cheese very easy and simple!
the ingredients are
2 liters of milk,
2 tablespoons of water
and one Rennet
instructions: In a large pot, heat the milk until become warm, but don't exceed the temperature to 104°F, stirring frequently.
dissolved the Rennet in 2 tablespoons of water
add the diluted rennet and stir to mix well it well
Allow the cheese to set for 1 hour
After one hour you will see that the whey begins to separate from the curd.
Pour the curds into a colander covered by a cheesecloth . allow to drain for 30 minutes.
place the cheesecloth into a squared mold, to get a squared shape and press to get the excess whey.
place in the fridge for 30 minutes to consolidate, then open the cheesecloth and place it in a serving dish. Enjoy!!
