This is my go-to recipe for making gluten free bread that you won't believe isn't real artisan style bread! I even made it a little spicy this time! This recipe uses Caputo Fioreglut flour that is the key to making it so great!
500 grams of Caputo Fioreglut Gluten Free Flour https://amzn.to/3OJ8URF
10 grams active dry yeast https://amzn.to/3Uw2ARj
400 grams warm water
15 grams spicy salt
12 grams oil
Preheat oven to 450 degrees with a dutch oven inside
Mix flour and yeast and water until combined
Add salt and mix until salt is melted into dough
Add oil and mix until combined
Form a dough ball, place in a bowl and cover with plastic and a towel.
Allow 3-4 hours to rise or until it at least doubles in size.
Transfer to the hot dutch oven and bake for 30 minutes with the lid on.
Remove the lid and bake for 10 minutes.
Broil on high for 3-5 minutes until top is golden brown
Remove and let cool completely before slicing
