Sev Tomato is a popular Gujarati dish that you'll find mostly in Dhaba style restaurants. It is basically a sweet and sour tomato curry prepared with tomato, sev, onion and other Indian curry spices. Sev are a crisp fried noodle made from gram flour. The curry is served with triangle shaped paratha made from wheat flour.
