豬膶湯米
材料:
豬膶半斤
排粉2個
薑1小舊
處理:
1. 豬膶,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水。
2. 豬膶,切薄片。
3. 薑,去皮,切片。
4. 豬膶調味:
a. 生粉大半茶匙
b. 糖少許
c. 生抽半茶匙
d. 油1茶匙
撈勻。
5. 大火煲滾1鑊水,加入米粉煮至軟身,熄火,擎乾水,清水沖洗乾淨,再擎乾水。
烹調:
1. 煲內加入水500毫升。
2. 放薑片。
3. 加入鮑魚汁1茶匙,大火煲滾。
4. 放米粉在碗內。
5. 水已滾起,再滾多3分鐘。
6. 加入米粉及豬膶,冚蓋,滾2分鐘。
7. 煮好,放碗中。
8. 完成,可享用。
Rice vermicelli with pork liver in soup
Ingredients:
Pork liver half catty
Rick sticks 2 Nos.
Ginger (small) 1 No.
Preparation:
1. Pork liver, rinse with tap water, hang dry.
2. Pork liver, thinly slice.
3. Ginger, peel and slice.
4. Season the pork:
a. Tapioca starch 0.5 tsp
b. Sugar little
c. Light soya sauce 0.5 tsp
d. Oil 1 tsp
Mix well.
5. Heat up a wok of water at high flame. Soak the rice stick until it turns soft. Turn off fire. Hang dry. Rinse thoroughly. Hang dry.
Steps:
1. Heat up water 500ml in pot.
2. Put ginger slices.
3. Add abalone sauce 1 tsp. Heat up at high flame.
4. Put vermicelli in bowl.
5. Water has been boiled~up, cook for 3 minutes more.
6. Put vermicelli and pork liver. Cover up the pot. Cook for 2 minutes.
7. It has been cooked well. Put into bowl.
8. Complete. Serve
